Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy: At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. Your session fee deposit can be made in the form of cash, debit/credit card, UPI or via Razor Pay. Appointments made without a deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation.
If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 48 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required to credit the deposit towards a future session or 50% refund. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations.
Refund and Return Policy:
DIGITAL PRESETS RETURN POLICY:
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot issue a return or refund once the files have been downloaded. However, we will consider granting refunds under certain circumstances (e.g. duplicate order, the wrong preset is sent), and will grant refunds at our reasonable discretion.

Nothing herein grants an obligation by Color Dreams to issue a refund.
REFUND FOR PORTRAIT/PRINT SESSION: In the event of camera failure, weather conditions, strike, act of God, or other unforeseen incident that prevents ColorDreams from shooting on a scheduled date, a new date will be scheduled or the client’s deposit, if applicable, will be refunded.
If you do not attend the shoot on the day and time specified when you booked, no refund will be given.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs once sent cannot be returned, ColorDreams has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. A transaction is considered non-refundable once it has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo, and ColorDreams sent the buyer the correct photograph).
It is then considered non-refundable (i.e. the buyer chooses and pays for the photo, and ColorDreams then sends the buyer the correct picture). If a buyer selects and purchases an incorrect image, he or she must notify ColorDreams as soon as the “wrong” photo is received.
There will be no refunds for “not liking a photo,” selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has received the photograph, or for any other reason. ColorDreams will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge if a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer as documented on the invoice.
